The John Maxwell Team Leadership Game is a comprehensive game to help organizations improve their leadership intelligence and expediate success. Inclusive Leadership


The value and benefit of having a highly diverse team can only be realized with a culture of inclusiveness. Inclusive leaders cultivate an environment where everyone on their team feels safe, valued, welcome, and as though they belong. When someone feels safe and welcome, they do not feel the need to cover their identity or, worse yet, take on the identity of the leader. Teammates feel free to be themselves. When this happens, the leader and the organization will reap the full benefit found in highly diverse teams.

In this workshop, attendees will delve into

  • how to lead with a culture of inclusiveness and cultivate a team that feels safe and valued
  • how to establish an environment where the team feels they’re appreciated for who they are

LUNCH AND LEARN

A complimentary Leadership Training session.

Training sessions typically last an  average about 45 minutes, and are packed full of information and interaction with the intent of creating a fun learning environment for building awareness. 

My goal  with the Lunch and Learn program is to have participants walk away with at least
one mind-changing idea that will create a desire for motivation and self-improvement to increase productivity and results within their organization. 

This training is free of charge and I customize the topic and approach to fit the team’s goals and objectives. 

Prior to the meeting, I gather some information via a quick questionnaire to help me deliver an
appropriate message that will benefit all participants. 

With a minimum of 10 participants in attendance, each attendee fills out a one question survey and  I have 10 minutes with an owner or hiring manager to see if the content provided and my  training style may be a fit for something more formal. 

In a typical training, I define leadership, discuss a few myths of leadership, different ways to lead and share 2 concepts from one of John Maxwell’s books. 

 You can be assured that the team  will get something they can apply to their work that day.
