I  have had the pleasure of working with Roanne across several of her roles in the last few years. As an occupational physician, my assessments of employees often have implications for employee and employer. I have seen many levels of capability from an HR perspective due to the many companies I have consulted with over the years. Roanne has been an essential part of ensuring good robust outcomes for all parties form an HR perspective.

She can be direct and firm when she needs to be to ensure fairness and a legally defensible process. She fights back when necessary and is compassionate when required. She is good in the difficult situations that medical issues cause in workplaces. We have had different perspectives on issues, and she can push back to me when needed to clarify things for her employer. I have seen her develop good networks in businesses and often observe the friendly greetings she receives from managers, her departmental co-workers, and staff alike when walking around a site with her.

She has my respect and I witness the respect of others in her business dealings. She is one of the good ones.
